We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service team by email or WhatsApp within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
- Clearly write the return authorization number (RMA) on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please retain the tracking number for your reference.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Refunds will be processed within 1 – 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for it to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
